Kirsty McGrath is a multi-award winning Microsoft MVP in both Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Teams and formed OnPoint Solutions in 2008 to cater to the end-user training and adoption consulting space to help organisations work anywhere, anytime in a collaborative environment.

Kirsty has worked across a variety of industries and previously for large companies such as Telstra, Microsoft and DDLS.

After executing Windows 7 and Office 2010 into the retail market as a Program Manager within Microsoft, she saw the need for better efficiency and productivity with Microsoft technology.  If you have ever approached a super-user in an organisation, you will understand the value they can bring.  Kirsty took her passion and knowledge to the wider community many ago.

Having worked for one of Australia's largest training companies, her skills in End-User adoption has seen her work with many of Australia's top fortune 500 companies and Microsoft partners. Knowing how to design and execute large end-user adoption programs has seen her work closely with companies such as: Australia Post, Qantas, Coca Cola, Macquarie Bank, BUPA, Many Federal Gov, QBE, Thiess, Metcash, Starlight Foundation, McDonalds, Perpetual, SITA (SUEZ) etc.

Her qualifications include Microsoft Prosci Change Management, Agile Foundations, Certified Online Learning Facilitator and a Bachelor Degree in Business: Majoring in Management.
